FASI integrated into Ministry of Education and Science (10-3-2011)

The Federal Agency for Science and Innovation served as a tool for implemenation of the state science and innovation policy, provision of state services and management of state property in the sector of research, development and innovation. It also took care of informational support of R&D and innovation activity.

FASI was dissolved in March 2010 and its functions were passed to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (http://eng.mon.gov.ru).
