The aim of the project is to develop and demonstrate a cost effective combined heat and power system fuelled with bioliquids in the 50-1000 kW_e range. Part of the approach of the consortium to achieve this goal will be to develop and modify engines and turbines so that they can run efficiently on bioliquids. The following engines/turbines will be considered within the project:

• Diesel engines
• (Micro) Gas Turbines (MGT)
• External combustion engines
